Upon placing an order with us, you understand and agree to the terms below.

Minimum order
Minimum order quantity is 5 shorts/pants in any sizes, per design.

Turnaround
Turnaround is 6 – 8 weeks Australia wide, once your order is placed, design is confirmed and there is no outstanding balance. We offer an express option of 4 - 5 weeks turnaround at extra $100 fee.

Setup fee
Setup fee is approx. $100 for each design. If you require extra edits other than the scope of this feature, an extra fee will be applied. ​

How to design
When you design, consider the transition from front to back. Front and back should match up and blend together. Consider that different sections will have separate patterns and be stitched together after printing

Please do not leave the design editor while you are designing. You can save your design during the process. Once the design is complete, click check out. It might take a bit to upload and show the checkout page.

Checkout under 39MB
If you have various photos in your design, the system might not allow you to check out showing 'Shopify allows under 39MB'. In this case, instead of checking out, share the link with us via email. Write down any instructions as well. Alternatively, you can resize images and try again. If you are designing and purchasing through our design tool, use no more than 4 images on your design. Our design tool is designed for creating simple designs. If there are multiple big-sized images, the checkout will not work properly. If you wish to have many images and objects on your design, please contact us. Extra design setup fee will apply for complex designs.

Extra design requirements
Setup fee for orders placed through this design tool is approx. $100 per order, which is a minimum fee. Changes outside this design tool attract extra design/ setup fee. This design tool is designed for simple prints only. We try our best to print your design as close as possible to the original mockup unless there is technical difficulty. We do not edit or improve your design unless requested and extra edit fee is paid. If you want any changes (e.g. photo blend, cutting background out, etc) please leave a note when you place an order and we will contact you. If you prefer to get a quote before placing an order, please save your design and send it to us with details of extra work required.

Add-ons
Our pocket is located on left leg and features a side zip.

Printing your image
Quality of prints varies depending on original images you send us. We hold no responsibility for the quality of your images. Resolution of the image should be at least 1000 px wide and size of the file should be at least 1MB.
We reserve the right not to print inappropriate content and cancel the order. It is also your responsibility to use an image whose usage is not restricted by law.

Colour variation
Colours might vary depending on screens which are affected by device types, brands, screen brightness, angles, different lighting, and so forth. It is also unavoidable to have minor colour variances from digital mockup to fabric print as they are different media.

Object on multiple panels
If your design contains an object spread out over different panels (e.g. from front to back) and stitching is in the middle of the object, we cannot guarantee that the object will perfectly line up when panels are sewn up. As panels have different shapes and run in different directions. Please locate objects onto one panel (e.g. centre body part) to avoid this.

Location of objects
We cannot guarantee location of objects to be the exact spot. Shorts/pants, as physical products, have different ratios depending on sizes, and location of objects can vary slightly from one size to the other and from digital mockup to physical object

Spelling
You must check spelling and every content in your design. Once design is submitted, we will print your design exactly as your mockup unless there is an extra instruction.

No exchange or refund
As an order is customised just for you, there will be no exchange or refund on custom orders once production is started.

Cancellation fee
If you cancel after you place your order and before production starts, there will be an administration fee of $100 that is not refundable.

Our fabric is UV protective and quick dry - 87% polyester and 13% spandex for stretch . Our leggings are unisex fit and sizes are standard men's sizes. Please check our size chart.
